Good afternoon Andrea,

The 15-Day As-Built/MY0 review for the Double Rock Mitigation Site (SAW-2020-01532) ended August 31, 2023. This credit release followed the review process outlined in Section 332.8(o)(9)
of the 2008 Mitigation Rule. We have reviewed the baseline monitoring report and as-built plans you submitted on July 28, 2023, and a site meeting was conducted on August 16, 2023.
Based on the review and site meeting, we determined that the requested credit can be release in full. Attached to the credit release letter are the site meeting minutes and IRT comment
memo. Please make sure that IRT comments and site meeting action items are addressed and included in the MY1 annual report.

The 15-Day As-Built/MY0 review for the Double Rock Mitigation Site (SAW-2020-01532) ended August 31, 2023. This
credit release followed the review process outlined in Section 332.8(o)(9) of the 2008 Mitigation Rule. We have
reviewed the baseline monitoring report and as-built plans you submitted on July 28, 2023, and a site meeting was
conducted on August 16, 2023. Based on the review and site meeting, we determined that the requested credit can be
release in full. Attached to the credit release letter are the site meeting minutes and IRT comment memo. Please make
sure that IRT comments and site meeting action items are addressed and included in the MY1 annual report.
