10. Comments: Request made for closeout inspection. Site is not ready to be closed.
Sufficient groundcover has been established.However,long stretches of silt fence and t-posts
have not been removed(several hundred feet).
Silt fence is on both sides of street located near 1483 Holden Road heading eastward.
All measures,including silt fence and t-posts must be removed for the site to be closed.
Ground disturbed during removal of measures must be repaired and,if necessary,seeded to
prevent erosion.
Via email,please provide DEMLR RRO inspector photos of measure removal and relevant
ground prep to schedule reinspection.

Upon further review,it was determined that the remaining silt fence described during
inspection is part of an unaffiliated project and will not need to be removed to close this
permit.Please note the following:

Permanent ground cover sufficient to restrain erosion has been established.No additional
self-monitoring or self-inspections are required.Project is in compliance and released under
the SPCA.Termination of coverage under the NPDES General Stormwater Permit for
Construction Activities(NCG01)must be requested by the permittee via a Notice of
Termination(NOT).The NOT is available at:
https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/NCG01-Termination.Please note that this correspondence
must be uploaded as part of completing the NOT process.
