Brooklyn,
It's most straight forward for them to just submit a Modification so the correction can be recorded and revised letter
saved to the permit file.The acreage information is not on the COC, so it's really more hassle to submit a brand new
application and then terminate this one—I don't think that's necessary. I can also import this correspondence to
supplement the history. They can check the "Other" option and explain it's a correction made by the E&SC
authority. They should ALSO be sure to include info in the "Additional Explanation" so the details are contained in the
confirmation email.

In the below situation,would they be able to complete a modification and select "additional lots/outparcels approved -
E&SC revised" and upload their revised letter or would it be best for them to just start from scratch with a new NCG01
application, since the revision was made prior to their NCG01 being submitted?

Good afternoon Brooklyn,
I hope your week has been well thus far. I am reaching out in the hopes you will be able to assist in clearing up an error
discovered after the Certificate of Completion for Flowers Ridge was received.
Upon submittal for the Certificate of Coverage,the original Erosion Control Letter of Approval contained 24-acres vs. the
correct 26-acres. This was not caught until after we received the Certificate of Coverage by the NCDEQ. Is there a way
to make corrections, or will the error cause issues? I have attached the incorrect Letter of Approval, revised approval,
along with the Certificate of Coverage for your reference.
