Hi Aliisa,
OK, so you're proposing to replace the existing pipe(s) with a three -barrel box culvert and a
pedestrian passageway. And, the 160' of riprap stabilization is permanent not temporary as
was listed in the PCN. Correct?

Hi Dave,
The bank stabilization should be permanent impact along banks due to rip rap (but no loss of waters).
The existing 46 If feet culvert will be replaced with a 100 feet box culvert. Sheets 4-7 in the permit drawings
provide more details.
Let me know if you need anything else.
Thanks,

Hi Aliisa,
My first run through of the plans generated some questions. I cannot determine what you
intend to do at Crossing 2. Please provide more detail as to existing conditions at Crossing 2
and what you are proposing.
The plans show 160' of temporary bank stabilization at Crossing 2 (Stream A). What is the
temporary stabilization for -- is it for riprap?
Is the box culvert existing or is it proposed? The plans suggest it is proposed but you only
show that a pipe is being replaced.
Thanks for your assistance with the needed clarifications.
