The undersigned, EBX-Neuse I, LLC the Sponsor of the Neu-Con Wetland and Stream Umbrella
Mitigation Bank(Arrington Bridge III Site, the "Bank"), hereby certifies the following:
1. Lennar Corporation, Attn: Charlie Yokley has deposited monies with the Sponsor
sufficient to acquire 0.36 Wetland Mitigation Credits from the Bank for use on its
Mica Ridge Residential Development project (USACE Action ID: SAW-2021-
01108 and DWR Project #20230870), in Durham, NC, in HUC 03020201 of the
Neuse River Watershed.
2. The Mica Ridge Residential Development project requires a total of 0.36 Wetland
Mitigation Credits as mitigation. Of this amount 0.36 Wetland Mitigation Credits
are being provided by the Arrington Bridge III Site.
3. The Sponsor has deducted 0.36 Wetland Mitigation Credits from the Bank's credit
ledger for HUC 03020201 of the Neuse River Watershed.
A copy of the Bank's Credit ledger reflecting the above transaction is attached to this Certificate.
