Ref: Sunset Harbor lot 9, 1015 Topsail Drive
This letter has been written to request a Nationwide 18 permit modification to Action ID.
199900317 issued on November 30, 1998. We wish to modify Condition 1 of this permit to allow
for a modification of the permit so that .01 acres of wetlands can be filled on the above referenced
lot. We wish to change the language in this condition removing "as otherwise permitted herein"
and adding to this condition that "No additional fill of any type shall be permitted in any
jurisdictional areas depicted on the map entitled Boundary & Wetlands Survey prepared for
Sunset Cove Development, Inc dated and signed on 2-9-98"
The .01 acres of wetland impacts require 4:1 mitigation ratio of Riparian Riverine credits and
these credits have been purchased from Davis Farm through Davey Resource Group as shown on
the attached documents.
