components, and program deficiencies in addition to those noted may be present. The permittee is

Quality Partnership(PTWQP),and then joined Stormwater SMART. Both entities provide public education and outreach in the
form of paper brochures,educational giveaways at libraries,schools,and local events,social media, radio,and TV ads.
Additional Public education and outreach efforts are noted annually in the self-assessment reports in addition to the
