Stormwater Permit for Construction Activities(NCG01)must be requested by the permittee
via a Notice of Termination(NOT).The NOT is available at deq.nc.gov/NCG01.Please note
that this correspondence must be uploaded as part of completing the NOT process.
2.It is noted that a jacuzzi was not installed next to the pool.If a jacuzzi is to be added in the
future,it will result in a disturbance less than an acre so the current project is still considered
