Hi Samantha, Yes that is correct those temporary impacts are associated with the S5 and S6 temp impacts on the PCN tables. Historically, we haven't always included that labelling on the exhibit sheets but I think it's a great idea and we'll try to incorporate that going forward. Thanks, Daniel On Tue, Oct 10, 2023 at 1:48 PM Wooten, Samantha <samantha.wooten@deg.nc.gov> wrote: Hi Daniel, I've had time to review your response to my Add Info request. I'm able to account for Impacts W1, S1, S2, S3, and S4 based on your revised documents you provided. I see that there are 4 "20 LF TEMPORARY IMAPCT FOR PUPING". Are those associated with impacts S5 and S6? For future reference it would be preferable to have the impact numbers (like S1, S2, etc.) in the detailed map so I can cross check your numbers with ease. Ms. Wooten, Thank you for providing comments on our PCN submission for the Rogers Pond project. In cooperation with the project engineers, we have worked to provide itemized responses to your comments below. I have compiled the updated and supplementary materials in the attached pdf. . Please let us know if you have any questions or need any further information to process this PCN request. Response to Comment'1': The construction drawings have been updated to reflect all permanent and temporary impacts on the overview sheet as well as the insets. In addition, the Cross Section Drawings have been enlarged and provided on individual sheets for clarity. Response to Comment'2': With further efforts to lower elevations the impacts associated with the stream crossing of Intermittent Stream 'E' have been reduced by an additional 181-F. The attached exhibit sheets and impact tables have been updated to reflect this additional minimization effort. Please let us know if you have any questions or need any further information to process this PCN request.
