PART IV — EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS
The permittee, Cleveland County Schools, has applied for
permit renewal for. the WWTP serving Casar Elementary School.
The receiving stream is a zero flow stream. Cleveland County
Schools will install a subsurface system to eliminate the discharge
once adequate property is obtained. A schedule for elimination of
the discharge should be'included in the permit. For all schools
which can install subsurface systems, this Office will submit
proposed dates for elimination of the discharge upon further
discussion with the school system.
