Other Special Items: N/A PART IV — EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS The permittee, Cleveland County Schools, has applied for permit renewal for. the WWTP serving Casar Elementary School. The receiving stream is a zero flow stream. Cleveland County Schools will install a subsurface system to eliminate the discharge once adequate property is obtained. A schedule for elimination of the discharge should be'included in the permit. For all schools which can install subsurface systems, this Office will submit proposed dates for elimination of the discharge upon further discussion with the school system.
