Wasteload Allocation Summary
Discharge is to a zero flow stream.
Recommend that the facility submit an engineering report within 12
months evaluating discharge alternatives. If there are no feasible
alternative the limits will change after three years.
Instream monitoring requirement added because of zero flow conditions.
Instream monitoring may be dropped when the facility agrees, in writing,
to a schedule for removal.

Cleveland County Board of Education/ Casar Elementary School
NC0066397
- Casar Elementary has applied for a permit renewal for their
0.0066 MGD facility. Over the last 12 months the facility has
been in compliance.
- Casar Elementary discharges to a zero flow stream
(DA = 0.02 mi2). The facility at present can not meet 1.0 mg/l
NH3-N. NH3-N limits of 1.0 and 1.8 should be given in three
years in accordance with the zero flow policy.
