WLA Notes SRB 3/11/91 Cleveland County Board of Education/ Casar Elementary School NC0066397 - Casar Elementary has applied for a permit renewal for their 0.0066 MGD facility. Over the last 12 months the facility has been in compliance. - Casar Elementary discharges to a zero flow stream (DA = 0.02 mi2). The facility at present can not meet 1.0 mg/l NH3-N. NH3-N limits of 1.0 and 1.8 should be given in three years in accordance with the zero flow policy.
