Kevin Barnett was present during the inspection. The following are items that need attention: - Station 159+00 LT (Site 12) - Dissipator structure still needs to be repaired. Water is piping underneath structure. - Station 186+50 RT (Site 15) - Erosion Control is needed where stormwater outlet was installed. Slopes need to be stabilized. - Station L 204+00 LT (Site 17A) - SDO needs maintenance above JS. Recommend additional cover on slopes above JS. This was noted in the last inspection. URGENT. The rip rap that was installed to eliminate the headcut needs to be embedded or top dressed with native material to fill voids. - Station L 203+00 RT (Site 17A) - Recommend additional cover on slope.
