In response to the Notice of Violation referenced above for man Bay Villas
TP on 7/06/20 3 Ammon Nitmgen exceeding daily limit of 6 with a reported vabje of 16+
and 07/3 I /20 3 Ammonia Nitrogen exceeding the monthly limit of 4 with 5.7-8 reported value,
e were experience airline breAs on the plant during the month of July and August. We have
br,en repairing thew airline brea.lo. We feel the problem with the high ammonia nitrogen 1s due
to the airline breaks. They have now been repaid. This sbould correct the problern of high
n itrogen and put the WWTP i n comp I i ance_ We wa 11 continue to monitor and report our
findings.
