Sue, I have attached the continuing data set for the 3rd quarter of 2023. We had 52 days within the quarter, bringing us to 59 days total for the year that we were below the requirement of 1.26CFS downstream. Today, October 9t", 2023, was the first day we have stopped overflowing the spillway. We have enacted the Stage 1 Voluntary Water restrictions as required by the Water Shortage Response Plan and Dam use permit. We will continue to monitor the situation and follow the trigger set as designed as the lake falls. I will keep you updated as to our status. The Pinnacle Ridge Well is moving toward completion and on schedule. We hope to have it functional in November. The Lake Coffey expansion project is moving forward. We have funding available for the project and although we will need more in the end, we can move forward with the additional source.
