for this project by the Gaston County Natural Resources Department, Gaston County, North Carolina in
accordance with Gaston County Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance, Section 6 (a), Sec. 8
(d), Section 18 and North Carolina General Statute, I I3A-57 (4) and I I3A-54 (d)(4) and with North
Carolina Administrative Code, Title I5A, Chapter 046.0107 (c). This certificate must be posted at the
primary entrance of the job site before construction begins and until establishment of permanent
groundcover as required by Gaston County Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance Sec. 8 (c)
