Hi Roberto,
It was a pleasure meeting you onsite at our County Woods East treatment facility yesterday. As you know, we
were meeting with our engineering consultants onsite at that same time to review options and are awaiting
their recommendations. From your statement yesterday, the wastewater treatment plant is being properly
operated without any compliance issues. We will consider the consultants short term and long term
recommendations when they are received.
Please note that the previous complaints about this system were driven by odor emanating from the collection
system. Aqua installed collection system odor control chemical feeds several years ago and the odor complaints
associated with it were resolved. Please reach out if you have any questions.
