Inspection Summary:
The Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and related documentation was complete. Qualitative and analytical
monitoring has been conducted per the permit. The facility is in Tier II status for TSS at outfall 2 and has been consistently
working to rearrange the layout to prevent exceedances. Submit a Corrective Action Plan with the proposed changes to the
site and a timeline for when these changes will be completed by October 27, 2023. If you have questions, contact me at

Comment: The facility has changed the layout and grade to eliminate one outfall and move the aggregate
bins away from the outfalls. The outfall near the wastewater pits will be rerouted to a proposed
pond at the low point in the facility. The facility also plans to recycle the wastewater back into
the batch process.
