At Site 19 a pump around was in proqess as was a RCBC pour inplace with baffles. Work was stopped due to wet condtions. Skimmer basins were to be treated with a polvmer to help settle fines. Site 8 RCBC was installed and functioninq. Recent storms flushed a qood amount of backfilled material out of culvert. A rock vane was planned upstream of inlet to fix headcuttinq. Is stream(s) free of unauthorized impacts from fill, culverts, excavation, etc.? �❑❑❑ Is wetland(s) free of unauthorized impacts from fill, culverts, grubbing, etc.? �❑❑❑ Is open water free of unauthorized impacts from fill, culverts, etc.? �❑❑❑ Comment: Erosion crews drove equipment across a marked and flaqqed stream to cut trees without notifyina DOT and without installinq proper BMPs. The plans are to install a temp crossinq, conduct what work needs to be done and then restore the stream section back to its oriqinal bed and bank. The impacts were associated with an area that is to be temporarily impacted. page: 2
