complete. No sediment losses were reported for this week.

Comment: We reviewed several skimmer basins at each Site we inspected (8 & 19). All were functioninq as
desiqned. One was discharqina turbid water. DOT planned to becain usina polvmers to pretreat water
enterinq the basins. Phil conducted bench tests to determine which polvmer was most efficacious.

Comment: NPDES records were reveiwed and found to be complete and neatly orqanized. They are trying to limit the
number of SDOs entered on the paperwork since many listed on the forms are not truelv SDOs.
