We reviewed all the plans. I will be emailing you the updated documents shortly. Thank you for your explanations and assistance on this application. I made a mess! I've also attached the part of the application that I need you to refill — your new impacts need to go on the first page followed by your corrected sketches. If you are doing the work by land, you need to include the temporary impacts to the buffer. There is a 10' access path that is allowed through the buffer (no trees/shrubs greater than 3" dbh can be removed for this path). If you are doing the work by land then your temporary impacts would be 300ft for zone 1 and 200ft for zone 2 for a total of 500 ft. Please state this in the temporary portion of the above full pond level along with the 4'xshoreline length. Please also show shoreline length on your sketches. I thought I had indicated 4' needed based on square footage calculations. That is what I intended to submit. I still don't understand why this project needs 8ft landward of riprap. It looks like here is currently maybe 4 feet? Please clarify the need for 8'.
