Good afternoon,
On behalf of our client, we would like to make you aware that site plans have changed to remove the aboveground
stormwater pond north of existing wetlands and direct all site storm runoff to an underground detention structure. This
does not directly alter jurisdictional impacts, but removes the need to directionally bore beneath one stream location
and further maintains existing hydrology up -slope of two wetland features.
