According tothese requirements, a stormvvater management plan for P[JQ ME-12, dated July 28, 2815, was received by this Division on that date and reviewed for compliance. The D\mR approves the SMP for POD WE-12asmeeting the 4Q1 Water Quality Certification conditions. This approval is for the purpose and design that you described in your application. |f you change your project, you must notify ws and you may berequired to send us a new SMP. The plans and specifications for POD NE-l2 approved b9DVWR are incorporated by reference into this approval and are enforceable bvDVVR, provided however that any modification of the design for the bioretention cell that is accepted byDVVR shall take precedence over the original plans and specifications. The maximum allowable drainage area for the approved Nuretentkon cell shall be456,383 square feet and the maximum allowable built-upon area within that drainage area shall be 247,69O square feet. The additional impervious areas shown on the May 15,2O15 plan sheets, that are outside of the 1O.48 acre area served bv the biorotent|on cell, are also approved provided that the built-upon area does not exceed 2496and the stonnvvater drains across grassed surfaces in a diffuse manner before reaching the buffer and adjacent streams. No piped conveyances of stormwater from roof drainage shall be allowed. The footprint of the bioretention cell as well as an additional 10-foot wide area on all sides of the device shall be located inpublic ' hts+zf-vway dedicated common areas mrrecorded easement areas. The final plats for the project showing all such rights-of-way, common areas and easement areas shall bein accordance with the approved plans, 4. Maintenance activities for the bioretention cell shall be performed in accordance with the notarized O&M agreements signed bv you um July 24,2O15. The O&M agreement must transfer with the sale of the land or transfer of ownership/responsibility for the BMP facility. DVVRnnust be notified promptly of every transfer. S.
