CREEKSIDE VILLAS JMN 7872a & 7872b SKYUKA CREEK 6/10/94 030806 Facility requesting renewal of NPDES Permit. Plant has a design flow of 0.009 MGD. Existing limits are 30/30 with a fecal limit of 200. Facility recently came through on June '94 streamline list. A review of ME files showed that facility has ATC for only 0.0075 MGD. I recommended that WLA be submitted, so that a permit could be issued at both flows. At 0.0075 MGD, will renew existing limits. The 0.009 MGD flow will be considered new and will recommend existing limits with the addition of a C1 limit of 28 µg/l. Also did a new flow analysis and streamflows will have to be revised downward. However, with the small amount of design flow did not remodel.
