Patterson by Deed recorded at Book 386, Page 448, Harnett County Registry. Tract Six - Hicks Road Those certain 7.3 acre and 94 acre parcels conveyed from Gertrude D. Hallman et vir by Deed recorded at Book 459, Page 20, Harnett County Registry. "The above two tracts beings Tracts 2 and 6 of deed recorded in Deed Book 1179 at page 636, Harnett County Registry."
