barely intermittent due only to bed bank and OHWM evidence NCDWR chose to exempt it from Neuse River Buffer
Rules because it only scored 16 points The applicant is developing the site and will be submitting a PCN to impact

Director. An appeal request must be made within sixty (60) days of date of this letter or from the date the affected
