barely intermittent due only to bed bank and OHWM evidence NCDWR chose to exempt it from Neuse River Buffer
Rules because it only scored 16 points The applicant is developing the site and will be submitting a PCN to impact
approx 130 feet of this feature Please let me know if you would like to visit the site
