prior to their expiration per 15A NCAC 2H.1045(3).North Carolina General Statutes and the State
Stormwater rules require that this property be covered under a stormwater permit. Failure to maintain a
permit subjects the owner to assessment of civil penalties. More information about the Post-Construction
