The sediment appears to have come from a slope failure. I am still awaiting the contractors clean up/repair plan. They
should be out on site to begin both by tomorrow. Will keep you posted.

Donna,

The project engineer has contacted me today regarding sediment loss on this project. This bridge to culvert project has
been completed and finaled; however, was still under contract until adequate vegetation growth.

I have sent my assistant Jeff out to the site to review and to take photos. I have been told that the contractor for the
project has been contacted to initiate a clean-up. Once I have more information and/or photos, I will submit them to
you ASAP.

Please let me know if you would like to visit the site.
