We received the NOV in reference and with the guidance and support of Mr. Michael Hall,
Geologist/Hydrogeologist of your division, have made the corrections to our reporting and remediated the
situation.
After our permit was renewed in October of last year, we continued using the previous form (NDAR-3)
instead of using the form required under the new permit (NDAR-1). Mr. Hall pointed us in the right
direction and we have resubmitted the December 2022 report using the right format.
We sincerely apologize for our mistake and will report using the right format going forward.
Please let us know if there is any additional action needed on our part.
