UPON COMPLETION OF WORK, ALL EXCESS OR TEMPORARILY STOCKPILED SOILS, STUMPS OR OTHER MATERIAL SHALL BE PERMANENTLY REMOVED AND PLACED IN UPLAND STORAGE AREAS, PER LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL REQUIREMENTS. 6.
