Dear Mr. Khan,
Kelly Pipe (COC NCG030727) is providing email notification as required by NCG030000 Part E, Table 4 for a Tier 2 benchmark exceedance.
Kelly Pipe has become aware of their benchmark exceedances for Zinc at Outfall 001 and Zinc at Outfall 002 for the samples collected on August 3rd
(results received on August 21 st) as well as the exceedance of COD in outfall 002. This will put our facility in a Tier One Stormwater Permit Status
for COD at Outfall 2 and a Tier Two Stormwater Permit status for Zinc in the outfalls 001 and 002.
The lab report dated 8/16/23 indicated a COD concentration of 220 mg/I (benchmark is 120 mg/I), and a Zinc concentration of 0.160mg/I at SDO 001
and a Zinc concentration of 0.140mg/I at SDO 002 (benchmark is 0.126 mg/I).
