RS intends to straighten the CE boundaries prior to submittal of a BPDP, however we are not planning to include additional credit generating areas. The parcel has been utilized for agricultural production since at least 1994 per a review of GE historic imagery and land use and site features have been consistent through today. The Site is accessed from Dover Road and a dirt road runs along the eastern boundary of the parcel of land. RS received a Stream Determination letter from DWR on September 19t", 2023 based on a site visit performed on August 15th, 2023.
