Re: DWR #20231150 Pre -Construction Notification for NWP #29
Ms. Wooten,
for Additional Information
Thank you for providing comments on our PCN submittal for the Rogers Pond project. In cooperation with
the project engineers, we have worked to provide itemized responses to your letter comments below.
Please let us know if you have any questions or need any further information to process this PCN request.
Thank you in advance for your timely consideration of these materials.
Response to Comment '1':
The construction drawings have been updated to reflect all permanent and temporary impacts on the
overview sheet as well as the insets. In addition, the Cross Section Drawings have been enlarged and
provided on individual sheets for clarity.
Response to Comment'2':
With further efforts to lower elevations the impacts associated with the stream crossing of Intermittent
Stream 'E' have been reduced by an additional 18LF. The attached exhibit sheets and impact tables have
been updated to reflect this additional minimization effort.
Thank you for your consideration of these materials and please contact me if you have any questions,
(336)554-2728 or email at daniel.kuefler@wetlands-epg.com.
Sincerely,
A1
