Thank you for providing comments on our PCN submission for the Rogers Pond project. In cooperation with
the project engineers, we have worked to provide itemized responses to your comments below. I have
compiled the updated and supplementary materials in the attached pdf. . Please let us know if you have any
questions or need any further information to process this PCN request.
Response to Comment'1':
The construction drawings have been updated to reflect all permanent and temporary impacts on the
overview sheet as well as the insets. In addition, the Cross Section Drawings have been enlarged and provided
on individual sheets for clarity.
Response to Comment'2':
With further efforts to lower elevations the impacts associated with the stream crossing of Intermittent
Stream 'E' have been reduced by an additional 18LF. The attached exhibit sheets and impact tables have been
updated to reflect this additional minimization effort.
