Thanks for reaching out to me! Alas, Amber has moved on to a job with the Charlotte office USACE and will be
dearly missed around here!
I just left you a VM but I think I figured out where my confusion came from. All of the permanent and
temporary impacts were included on the impact tables and the insets, however only the permanent loss -to -
waters were called out on the overview. The additional impacts were for rip -rap aprons installed at existing
elevations and temporary construction access.
I'm coordinating with the project engineers to send you updated materials tomorrow, but if you're available
sometime to catch up on the phone that might help me ensure I address your comments completely.
