I've put the project on hold because I'm sorry but I can't proceed without at least a conceptual stormwater plan showing
where BIVIP's are going to be located on the site as well as a cross-section of the culvert. We not asking for construction
drawings. I've attached a PCN checklist for your information.

WQ wants info on how deep the culvert will be buried, see the requirements on 413, also please write up
something about the storm water.

Here are the conditions that go with the 401 Water Quality Certification that corresponds to NW29:

Go to condition 413 to see the requirement for burial of culverts.
Also, I forgot to mention that I don't see how Johnston County won't be requiring a stormwater management
plan for 30% impervious. To move forward with this 401 Certification, I will need to see some sort of
documentation from Johnston County regarding why a stormwater plan is not required. Otherwise, the footprint
of the BMP's need to be shown on the plans.
