These 2 outfall R/W's were clear, mowed and well maintained. Also visited and viewed a private lateral at Macedonia Church that was reported to have some issues with back ups. Information gathered at this time indicates that any issues are within the private lateral 4 inch line and not the city's main line. The City of Shelby is however still investigating the issue. Comment: All activities were well documented. Manholes Please list the Manholes Inspected: Various manholes inspected and one issue noted at the influent manhole at the Petty Rd pump station. A leak was noted in the manhole that will need to be repaired.
