Petty Rd outfall R/W and Rhyne Rd outfall R/W. These 2 outfall R/W's were clear, mowed and well
maintained. Also visited and viewed a private lateral at Macedonia Church that was reported to have some
issues with back ups. Information gathered at this time indicates that any issues are within the private lateral
4 inch line and not the city's main line. The City of Shelby is however still investigating the issue.

Various manholes inspected and one issue noted at the influent manhole at the Petty Rd pump station. A leak
was noted in the manhole that will need to be repaired. Normally this type repair will require some drilling
and a 2 part epoxy to seal the leak.

functioned without issues when tested.
