I am working on the McClelland response to the NOV from DEQ. As I am sure you can imagine, most of these issues are a
result of Mr. and Mrs. McClelland relying upon their contractor.
It appears that I do not have a copy of the application that was submitted on their behalf for Riparian Buffer Impacts or
for the 401 Certification. Is that something that you can share with me from their file? I am very curious about some
inconsistencies that may exist between the application and the contract that these folks had with Lancaster.

I am an attorney in Iredell County. I have been retained by John and Amie McClelland related to this NOV at 201 Keats
Road, Mooresville, NC. I believe that they have a 30 day deadline fast approaching. I would like to know if we can extend
that deadline by 30-days so that I can familiarize myself with this situation. Can you agree to that extension?
Also, I would like to set up a time to speak with you about these violations and possibilities of remedies. Is there a time
in the next few days that you would have availability for a phone call?
