THIS DEED made this S' day of August, 2006 by and between HORNE
DEVELOPMENT, L.P., a Tennessee limited partnership, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor",
and GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF NORTHWEST NORTH CAROLINA, INC., whose
mailing address is 2701 University Parkway, Winston-Salem, North Carolina 27105, hereinafter
referred to as "Grantee".
The designation Grantor and Grantee as used herein shall include said parties, their heirs,
successors, and assigns, and shall include singular, plural, masculine, feminine or neuter as
required by context.
)ITNESSETH
That the Grantor, for a valuable consideration paid by the Grantee, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, has and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the
Grantee in fee simple, all those certain lots or parcels of land situated in the Town of Mocksville,
Davie County, North Carolina and more particularly described as follows:
BEING known and designated as Lots 4 and 5 as shown on Subdivision Plat for
Lowes Home Centers, Inc. recorded in Plat Book 8, at Page 137, Davie County
Registry.
