Re: McDonald's King Plan Revision
Dear Mr. Patterson,
The purpose of this letter is to request a plan revision for the McDonald's project located at South
Main Street in King, North Carolina. This project has recently received State Stormwater Permit
Approval under the Permit No. SW4090301.
McDonald's property line on which the plan was designed has changed. A new property line has
been struck along the West side reducing the lot size. This resulted in the western perimeter curb
line to shift slightly east. In doing so, the resulting drainage areas and impervious cover to the
bioretention areas #1 and #2 have diminished slightly. The change was minimal and did not
significantly affect the original runoff calculations. Therefore, we plan to keep bioretention areas #1
and #2 as they were originally designed.
Attached for your use is a copy of page 2 of the approved permit with the old drainage and
impervious areas for bioretention areas #1 and #2 crossed out and the new areas typed in off to the
side.
