Inspection Summary:
A routine compliance inspection of the Bogue Watch WWTF was conducted on September 13, 2023. The purpose of the
evaluation was to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Permit
WQ0029821. Raymond Braxton and Joel Mingus were present during the inspection.
The Bogue Watch WWTF continues to be inactive. Influent from the Bogue Watch Subdivision flows to the EQ basin at the
plant and is then pumped through a conveyance line to the Cannonsgate WWTF (WQ0028666) for treatment. Flow is
tracked at Cannonsgate and recorded on the NDMR as PPI 002. High level alarms at the EQ were operable and notified the
operator when high level float was pulled. The permit has expired and a renewal application needs to be submitted as soon
as possible.
