Blowing Rock has not brought any of their sludge to our facility the entire year of 2022, however they are listed as a source. The regular quarterly samples as per the permit were not collected or analyzed for the 2n1 quarter 2022. There has been significant turnover in lab personnel and the sample collection was inadvertently missed.
