Subject: Annual Residuals Report CY 2022
Enclosed is a copy of the 2022 calendar year Annual Residuals Report for the City of Lenoir's
Lower Creek WWTP Residuals Facility; permit number WQ0010059.
Blowing Rock has not brought any of their sludge to our facility the entire year of 2022,
however they are listed as a source.
The regular quarterly samples as per the permit were not collected or analyzed for the 2n1
quarter 2022. There has been significant turnover in lab personnel and the sample collection
was inadvertently missed.
If there are any questions or if any further information is needed please call me at (828) 757-
2198 or email me at Irtriplett@ci.lenoir.nc.us
Sincerely,
008-01 /. , r
