Detail 3 indicates a proposed shoreline slope that is graded at 2:1 and reflects the estimated normal pool level and the estimated height of the subject shoreline above the normal pool level. Calculation 1— Impact Area Below Normal Pool Level (Item 8 on NCDEQ Form SSGP 09-2020) Area of Impact = Shoreline Length x Depth* x Slope _ (400') x ,(1') x (2) = 800 sq. ft. *For this calculation, an average water depth of 1 ft. has been assumed. This will produce a conservative overestimate of the stabilization impact area. Calculation 2 — Impact Area Above the Normal Pool Level (Item 9 on NCDEQ Form SSGP 09-2020) Permanent Impact From Shoreline Stabilization Measures Height of Bank Above Normal Pool Varies Across the Shoreline Estimate 100 LF of Shoreline = 2 ft. Above Normal Pool Estimate 200 LF of Shoreline = 3 ft. Above Normal Pool Estimate 100 LF of Shoreline = 5 ft. Above Normal Pool Area of Impact = Length x Height x Slope = ( 100' x 2' x 2) + ( 100' x 3' x 2) + ( 200' x 5' x 2) = 400 + 600 + 2000 = 3,000 sq. ft. Impact From Construction Above Shoreline Stabilization Assume 5 ft. Wide Zone Area of Impact = 400' x 5 ft. = 2,000 sq. ft. Total Area of Impact Above Normal Pool Level = 5,000 sq. ft. ee&(N ioUNAVIT"I g 150cf+ , f 6f AT Sure T Guru TP-W 2M 612 /,-",-,612 056 1 612 059 oil 0312 186 ,'612 088 t0l2s=16 612183 612 055 612D232 612 053 6120233 61213234 ± C ConneoMIS V :tip v> I 612 023 612 008 612D237 612D235 612205.. 612D236 61210238 6120239 6120240 612D; 61 612 006 612D243 :g5 612 213 612185 --SMI 2 1",405 612D249 612 232 612148 612156 Sty t6 812101 `w .` l 612 136612 153 ° e t 6120244 '` 612 059 012 t15 q `612 233 , 612180 2 612 088 f f; 6121Si2194 612149 1 612 245812158 -4, t 612 091 ;' S Z 612 230 612187 .4 Excel 2000/2003 — ; Results Display Labels 1-1 02009-2016 Dude Solutions.
