4. CONTINUE TO USE TEMPORARY SEDIMENT TRAP FOR
EROSION CONTROL UNTIL THE ENTIRE AREA IS STABILIZED.
THE TRAP SHALL BE COMPLETELY CLEANED OUT PRIOR TO
CHANGING OVER TO THE BIORETENTION CELL.
5. CONTRACTOR SHALL POST A CONSPICUOUS SIGN
STATING WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REQUIRED
MAINTENANCE AND ANNUAL INSPECTION OF THE
BIORETENTION FACILITY.
6. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE AS-BUILTS OF THE
BIORETENTION FACILITY TO THE ENGINEER. THE
AS-BUILTS SHALL BE DONE BY A LICENSED SURVEYOR.
