Only complete application packages will be accepted and reviewed by the DIvision of Water Quality (DWQ).
A cumppfete package Includes all of the items listed below. A detailed application Instruction sheet and BMP

appllcation package should be submitted to the appropriate DWQ Office. (The appropriate office may be found by
