After reviewing the updated stream and wetland impacts that you've submitted, the new totals appear to be under the
thresholds which allow you to be covered under the general certification. Therefore, your project will not require an
individual 401 certification from our office. You are required to follow both the Activity Specific and General Conditions
as outlined in GC4244. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact me at any time. Please see below
for a copy of General Certification 4244.

Weldon, NC.
As such, stream and wetland impacts have been reduced due to a change in pipeline construction methods in the
resource areas.

As discussed, the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is requesting documentation to assist with the coordination
pursuant to Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, Appendix C of 33 CFR Part 325, and the 2005
Revised Interim Guidance for Implementing Appendix C. In addition, I request to be added as a member on the IPAC site
to assist with the coordination pursuant to the Endangered Species Act (ESA) of 1973 Section 7.
