Undeveloped parcel with an existing masonry seawall with hardwood tree and understory typical to the Southern Appalachians

The existing 46" tall masonry seawall extends the entire length of the parcel and requires armoring the concrete footing on the
lakeside with rip rap rock due to the requirements by the Town of Lake Lure, NC.
