Describe proposed work (include discussion as to how hardening of shoreline has been avoided, or why it is necessary): The existing 46" tall masonry seawall extends the entire length of the parcel and requires armoring the concrete footing on the lakeside with rip rap rock due to the requirements by the Town of Lake Lure, NC. 8.
