Hi all. This email is a follow-up to our discussion about the above referenced project that we had on Tuesday. I have
reviewed our records and determined that the following impacts to waters of the US have occurred within the
Greenfield North industrial park:
1) 0.33 acre wetlands on current Gregory Poole property, Corps Action ID: SAW-2000-21109;
2) 0.097 acre of wetlands on current Gregory Poole property, Corps Action ID: SAW-2005-20482;
3) 55 If stream impacts per NWP 39 for the Greenfield North Stormwater Management Pond #1 outfall; Corps
Action ID: SAW-2006-32303. Note that the PCN for this impact stated a stream width of 22 linear feet, which
would equate to an acreage impact of 0.027 acre. *This stream width however, appears to have been based on
a bank -to -bank width, and it is possible that QL2 LiDAR or other resources could be used to further refine this
stream width if there are concerns regarding the cumulative impact amount for the Gregory Poole project.
I had mentioned possible unauthorized impacts to waters of the US on the Nabisco property in the NW portion of the
Greenfield North Industrial Park. I have reviewed our files and consulted with Raleigh Field Office staff, and do not have
sufficient evidence that such impacts occurred. As such, the above -listed known impacts to waters of the US will be used
to determine cumulative impacts for the Greenfield North Industrial Park, currently a total of 0.454 acre*
