I recall that we had a brief discussion about this project. Our only questions were about the buffer issues, which were
directed to DWR.
There is no in water work anticipated for this project. The proposed bridge is a complete span. There is nothing on the
existing bridge or being installed on the new structure within a jurisdictional area. We had planned to use a non -
reporting NWP #3 to cover any incidental issues that could arise during demolition or construction.
I have attached the structural plans and the Bridge Survey Report for reference.

Attached is the information that I received for the SF-180094/Bridge 94 over Dry Creek on SR 1520 in Chatham
County. I am trying to remember if we discussed this project or not. For some reason I was thinking that this was a
NWP 3 request, but I cannot tell if that is the case or not. There weren't any project plans or details related to the
impacts to waters which would require a permit.
