Subject: Weaver Fertilizer stormwater permit NCS000555
Good afternoon,
The Winston Weaver Company, Inc. currently has stormwater permit NCS000555. It has recently come to the attention
of the Stormwater Permitting Program that this stormwater permit may be eligible for rescission pending further
information being provided. Does Winston Weaver Company, Inc. intend on rebuilding anything on the property located
at 4440 N. Cherry Street in Winston-Salem? If there are no plans to rebuild on the site, Winston Weaver Company, Inc.
may request rescission of their stormwater permit NCS000555 by following the steps below:
Rescind an Existing Industrial Permit
Complete the Rescission Request Form and mail one hard copy of the form to Joyce Sanford,
1612 MSC, Raleigh, NC 27699-1612. In addition, e-mail the form to Joyce Sanford. There is no
fee for industrial permit rescissions. Please note that it can take 1-2 months to process the
request because we cannot rescind the permit until DEQ staff conduct a site visit.
Please respond to this email with your intended plans and/or let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you,
Brianna Young, MS(she/her)
