Comment: I met with Div 11 DEO and Roadside staff and contractors to review project following two storm
events. The culvert was not complete with just two sections left to install. The jobsite was in good order
and burps in place to protect surface water. The project was to be completed in a few days at which
point the stream could be returned to the pipe.
